Inspect Your Jewelry
Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the jewelry through the clear, heat-sealed hygiene bag to ensure the size, gauge, and style are correct before opening.
Contact Support
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the unopened package.
Receive Authorization
Once our team verifies the issue, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to our studio.
Processing & Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned item in its original sealed packaging, we will issue a replacement or store credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
